A contest has been announced as part of the 18^thedition of Montreal’s Italian Week. The National Congress of Italian-Canadians is pleased to invite all young artists, who are between the ages of 4 and 12 years old to prepare their paintbrushes!

The second edition of this art contest, which is entitled “Il Piccolo Leonardo”, addresses itself to all the young artists who wish to demonstrate their talent. These young artists must inspire themselves from this year’s theme: “150th anniversary of Italy's unification”. Participants have until July 20, 2011, to complete their masterpiece and send it in to the Centro Leonardo da Vinci, situated at 8370 Boulevard Lacordaire, suite 302, St. Leonard, H1R 3Y6, where an experienced jury will determine the winners!
